Tips For Beginners:

1. Use a running program (C25K, Fleet Feet/No Boundaries)

2. Start Slow/Low Intensity

3. Buy shoes from a running stoer & get your running style evaluated

3. Hydrate

4. Check your Pulse

5. Listen To Your Body

6. Keep a running log/set goals/celebrate success

7. Warm up/cool down/stretch

8. Involve your family/Run with a buddy

9. Wear running clothes (cotton socks=blisters, wear spandex shorts underneath running shorts
