CP 96: The French Disapprove

Posted by Brent Copeland On - - 5 comments

  2. moot says:

I think another reason games are rated M are so that parents are given control over what their children play. if parents don't mind that kids play those games, they can buy them for their kids.

    Spiffing does mean good.

The whole M thing. It doesn't help that I don't know what M means (17+?) but over here, TF2 is a 15. BBFC website says:

"The BBFC’s Guidelines at ‘15’ state that ‘Violence may be strong but may not dwell on the infliction of pain or injury’. The violence in TEAM FORTRESS 2 is certainly strong. Depending on which playable character is selected, a number of weapons are available to the player, including knives, guns, flamethrowers and rocket launchers. These weapons can cause opponents to fall down, spurt blood, catch fire, or blow apart, respectively, but the manic pace of the game means that there is no time to dwell on such moments and the impact of the violence is significantly reduced by very stylised, cartoonish visuals that give the impression of an animation rather than a real situation."

Spencer, its most likely your processor. My bro just had this same problem, just a friend to his, or his old one and try it out.

*Just ask a friend if you can borrow his, or his old one* wow, i really should go to bed :O
