"Blood Sausage" as you mistakenly called it is, actually by the time you buy it, pre-cooked so there are no problems with eating it. It's true name is Black Pudding in Britain and Europe. Not trying to sound like a freaky know-it-all really enjoying the podcast...
BTW the cockney accent is actually the accent of a small district of London.
