Are you running vista and have an Nvidia card or chipset? If you are running vista, this is a known issue with certain games and certain motherboard chipsets.
If you fall into this catagory do a google search for nvlddmkm error
If you are running XP then I'm really not sure.

Guild scrolls do not work when you have anything targeted, you have to be completely untargeted... even yourself, in order to use it.
They can be used anywhere, so long as nothing is targetted when you click it.

Just want to drop a note and say Hell ya to the new Dream Theater album. One of the best of many in their discography of epicness. Good to see other WAR gamers who even know who they are. Pretty amazing that THE progressive metal band of the globe is still unknown to so many people.
