Valve IS stupid enough to let enemy spies have their speechbubbles visible (even when cloaked) to your team members on AllTalk. It's always their own original team colors, so you can spot them like a sore thumb.
Additionally, pyros don't have a burning clip but spy pyros have a unique burning sound clip.
Flechette is right, when disguised as a pyro, you will make a "im on fire" kind of pyro clip. But if a regular pyro is being flamed by a flamethrower, he/she simply makes an "ow" kind of sound.
The adjustable wrench is neither metric nor imperial...it is adjustable ;)
