   Your game black screen crashes because your fog is on max distance, its a common bug. set it 1 notch lower and it wont crash! :)

   I did a huge project while I was listening to this podcast. I used about forty stacks of cobblestone for this project... big castle, not enough lights, but I have a secure house in the center for me to stay in during the night with a couch and a bed :P

   I have an AMD CPU and I just replaced my radeon HD 4350 with a Geforce 9800 GT and it runs WAY better but the ATI card worked too.

   For the black screen of death try installing 64 bit java client if you have a 64 bit OS. (Use IE x64 to download it from java.com)
